FREE Shipping on all orders over $59 (contiguous US only).

We also ship our other products to Canada. Canadians qualify for free shipping on all orders over $99.

All orders are assigned a tracking number via one of our carriers, mainly USPS, UPS and Fedex.

DISCREET Shipping

All our packages are shipped in plain boxes or bubble packs with the return address marked as SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, BodyToy LLC, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped - usually within 3 business days of placing your order and after payment has been cleared.

Shipping times may vary. Typically delivery time is 3-7 business days for domestic orders. For international orders please see delivery time at checkout.

In the event of a package being returned due to improper address or inability to deliver, there may be an additional charge to have the package re-shipped.

International orders

Orders placed for countries we do not ship to will be canceled and payment refunded. If you order products from our site for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the order reaches that destination. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up . Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and for customs clearance of your package. Please contact your local customs office for further information and for cost evaluation before placing your order. 

We do not mark merchandise values below purchase price or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please be aware of any laws in your area which could affect the timely delivery of your order. We are not responsible for items that the authorities confiscate. We cannot be held accountable for items that are considered illegal in your place of residence.
